Undergraduate Research

Life activities of microorganisms and their interactions with their surroundings are investigated in research projects designed and conducted by students. Emphasis is placed on applied research projects to solve current technological and environmental issues faced by our society, such as biofuels production and coral reef restoration. Utilizes bioscience laboratory, analytical, and communications skills.
