Survey Monkey for ACC employees

What is Survey Monkey?
Survey Monkey is an industry leading survey tool that helps organizations around the world measure and understand feedback, easily share it across teams, and transform it into business intelligence that drives growth and innovation.

What does this mean?
This means all ACC employees now have access to Survey Monkey to develop online surveys!

Note: If you are a current Survey Monkey user using your austincc.edu as a login, then you will be able to migrate your individual licensed account over to an enterprise licensed account.

How do I start using Survey Monkey?

  1. To start please click HERE.
  2. Login with your ACCeID credentials
  3. Select CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT if this is your first time to login.
  4. Read the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. Click the checkbox to agree and then click CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.

  5. Congratulations, you may now start developing a survey!

What if I need assistance with Survey Monkey?

For Survey Monkey Essential Training please access the Survey Monkey Help Center and your ACC Linkedin Learning account and conduct a search for Survey Monkey.
