ACC’s Board of Trustees selected Bartlett-Cocke as the construction-manager-at-risk for Rio Grande Campus. The firm, one of three finalists considered out of the 11 submitted proposals, oversaw Building 3000 renovations at Rio Grande Campus.

Three construction-manager firm finalists — Flintco, Bartlett-Cocke, and SpawGlass — presented proposals to ACC’s Board of Trustees. Selection is expected by February.

Board selects SpawGlass for Phase 2

ACC’s Board of Trustees selected SpawGlass as the construction manager at-risk for Round Rock Campus Phase 2. The firm, one of four finalists considered out of the eight submitted proposals, oversaw Round Rock Campus Phase 1 as well as construction of the Rio Grande Campus parking garage.
