The Association is committed to providing leadership for Classified persons and support services to the administrative and academic entities of ACC and to facilitate the delivery of quality educational services.
Vision
To be an active Association of members, well trained and diverse, who with the mutual cooperation, communication, and respect of the College administration, faculty, staff, and community provides a professional support service to the College.
Goals
Strive to ensure that employee compensation and benefits are competitive with other Texas community colleges and the surrounding Austin business community.
Encourage and seek College support of employee continuing education and professional development in order to achieve and maintain a quality, high-performance workforce.
Improve participation and open communication of all employees in the Mission of the College by involvement and representation on College committees, councils, task forces, etc.
Provide relevant and accurate information to association members, and as appropriate, to administrative staff and Board of Trustees in a timely manner.
