Results of the Non-Faculty Compensation Study Review Process were communicated to employees and supervisors who submitted Job Review Requests on Wednesday, June 15. Each review submitted was reviewed by consultants from Evergreen Solutions. The Job Review recommendations were approved by administration and implemented with an effective date of July 1, 2016. Any resulting salary changes will be seen in the end of July pay checks.
A total of 210 job reviews were submitted by employees and supervisors through this process representing 347 employees. Any updates to job descriptions recommended by Evergreen Solutions will be posted online at www.austincc.edu/offices/compensation/job-descriptions by September 1, 2016.
