The Women in IT Spring Speaker Series event on February 21st will feature a panel of three dynamic women who work in the Austin IT industry.  They will relate their own life experiences and also those of the women around them.

They will address key topics important to women in technology such as:

  • How to set yourself up for success in an interview
  • How to recognize and overcome impostor syndrome
  • How to close the pay gap when you are negotiating your salary and position
