The Women in IT Spring Speaker Series event on February 21st will feature a panel of three dynamic women who work in the Austin IT industry. They will relate their own life experiences and also those of the women around them.
They will address key topics important to women in technology such as:
- How to set yourself up for success in an interview
- How to recognize and overcome impostor syndrome
- How to close the pay gap when you are negotiating your salary and position

Giselle is an entrepreneur and software engineer with more than 15 years of experience. She successfully closed the 30% pay gap for herself and educates other women on how to do it for themselves.
Kelly manages and directs a team of software developers at IBM. She is a strong proponent of women in technology and works with local organizations that encourage and mentor women in the IT field.
