Holiday Cake Flavor Options:

SOLD OUT! Chocolate, Orange, and Chai Holiday Roll Cake: Spice up your holiday celebrations with this chocolate and chai holiday cake. This rich spiced roll cake features a chocolate orange sponge cake and chai spice buttercream.

SOLD OUT! Vanilla Peppermint Spice Roll Cake: A classic vanilla roulade cake filled with a sweet peppermint buttercream, covered in holiday spice-infused chocolate red wine buttercream. Decorated with marzipan snowflakes, gingerbread men and crushed peppermint candies.

SOLD OUT! Dark Chocolate Fig Sponge Cake: Delightful twist on a holiday roll cake that will excite your taste buds with its sweet corn infused pastry cream, embedded in a tender vanilla sponge cake roll that has been drenched in a savory fig syrup reduction. As an added treat we have enrobed it with a dazzling chocolate ganache and topped it with a medley of chocolate flowers.

SOLD OUT! Peppermint Chocolate Yule LogA rolled vanilla cake filled with peppermint flavored dark chocolate Swiss buttercream. Finished with white chocolate “bark” (Swiss buttercream) and surrounded by poinsettia leaves. This delicious cake will not only be the perfect dessert for your holiday party, it can serve as a beautiful centerpiece as well.

Chocolate Truffles and Confections: Each box will contain a dozen assorted chocolate truffles and confections.


All proceeds go towards the Culinary Arts Scholarship Fund.

Sale ends Wednesday, December 12th at 5:00 pm.

Order pick up* will be Thursday, December 13th, 2018 – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm,

and Friday, December 14th, 2018 – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

at the Eastview Campus (Building 3000, Room 3160).

*Pick-up Policy: If you cannot pick up your order by 3:00 pm Thursday or Friday, please make alternate pick up arrangement by contacting the Culinary Arts Department ( / 512.223.5179). If an arrangement cannot be made or no communication is received, the order will be donated to an ACC student for the holiday season.
