Pass/Fail Grades and HESI testing for Mobility Fall 2020 and Traditional Spring 2021 Associate Degree Nursing Applicants



Austin Community College will offer a Pass/No Pass option for students this Spring 2020 semester in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) impact on classes.

Anatomy and Physiology I Assessment Testing Suspended for Summer 2020 Registration Only



Due to COVID-19, and in response to ACC campuses limiting access to essential personnel only, the A&P I Assessment Test has been suspended for the remainder of this testing period (March 9, 2020 – May 21, 2020). Students will not need permission to register for BIOL 2401 for Summer ’20 registration ONLY.

NEW Application Submission Process During Coronavirus Pandemic



Due to public safety concerns, applications will not be accepted in person until further notice. Effective immediately, applicants for all Health Sciences programs except Associate Degree Nursing, Mobility Nursing, RN-to-BSN, and Sonography should follow these instructions when submitting their application and supporting documents:

ACC approves new Vocational Nursing degree



Austin Community College (ACC) approved a new degree in Vocational Nursing to prepare students for entry-level positions in vocational nursing.

The Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree is structured to provide a flexible, affordable pathway for students who complete a Level II Vocational Nursing Certificate to continue on their path and earn an associate degree.

RN-to-BSN Program Spring 2021 Entry for Part-Time Hybrid Students



ACC’s RN-to-BSN Program is pleased to announce that in addition to cohorts beginning each Fall semester, the program will start accepting students for Spring semester entry in January 2021. The first Spring semester cohort will be limited to 20 Part-Time Hybrid students.
