HR Compensation Announces Annual Educational Adjustment Process for Qualifying Full-Time and Adjunct Faculty
The Annual Educational Adjustment Process for Qualifying Full-Time and Adjunct Faculty is now being conducted by HR Compensation. If you have completed a higher degree or completed additional graduate hours (either 24, or 45 or more) in your teaching discipline or in the discipline of Education in this academic year (FY18), those additional hours or degree qualifies your salary to be reviewed for a higher salary level or LEH rate.
No action is needed by Full-Time or Adjunct Faculty who have not earned a higher degree or additional graduate hours in FY18.
If you qualify, please have your institution send an official transcript to:

If your educational institution has the ability to send official transcripts electronically, you may request your institution to do so.
In addition, please fill out the appropriate form posted below for either Full-Time or Adjunct Faculty and return to HR Compensation via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or hard copy by June 15, 2018.
Your additional education will be reviewed and you will be notified of the results in mid-August.
Approved adjustments will become effective September 1, 2018 and will be noted in your FY19 agreement.
