Dear ACC Employee,
As Human Resources works to improve compliance training program needs for all employees, during the month of September, ACC employees will notice a slightly modified format delivery for Sexual Harassment Prevention (SHP) training.
Employees will continue to access the Event and Workshop Registration database online and find the appropriate requirement. The SHP module will be available in a slideshow format with an available quiz at the end. Employees will need to email the results of the quiz to the Staff Professional Development and Evaluation Office at email@example.com so that credit can be manually entered onto the system by our staff.
All new employees shall be required to register for the training program no later than the 30th day after the start of employment and all current employees schedule supplemental training every two years.
Mandatory training can be found at the Event and Workshop Registration database. Please refer to Administrative Rule 6.07.002 for further clarification. You can also visit us on the web at www.austincc.edu/hr.
How to schedule mandatory training
Please be aware that you must have your ACCeID and your ACC eMail setup in order to complete your required mandatory training through the Event and Workshop Registration database.

Once the employee has access to ACCeID and ACCeMail, they will be able to log into the Event and Workshop Registration database located here or URL https://eapps.austincc.edu/workshops/www/login.php
