I already had a degree, but it was 20 years old and not giving me any benefit. I was laid off a couple of years ago and decided it was time to update my job skills. I enrolled in the biotechnology program at ACC. With encouragement and support from the professors, I will graduate in May with job skills for the 21st Century. They have helped me secure an internship to gain real laboratory experience and to be prepared for my new career in the biotech field. I am ACC.
