Dr. Barry Gump will lead the workshop providing instruction and demonstration at hands-on analyses of wine including alcohol content, various acid levels, sulfur dioxide, etc.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own wine to test in the lab as they practice the lab procedures under Dr. Gump’s tutelage.
