The Activation Specialists works as part of the Restaurant Relations team whose initiative is to discover, acquire
and activate new LunchPROs as they grow their business using LunchPro.

What’s a LunchPRO?
Our Restaurant Partners are the PROs in their field. Local caterers, chain restaurants and small operators can
experience a 40+% increase in catering revenue using LunchPro as a lead generation tool. Pharma reps use LP
tech to book appointments with medical offices, then we hook them up with a meal for those appointments. If a
restaurant partner can cook, deliver and set up – they are a potential LunchPRO!

What the day to day looks like:

• Discover local caterers, chain restaurants and small operators looking for a proven lead generator to
assist them with growing their catering revenue
• Educate LunchPROs on processes and procedures when using our platform
• Ensure LunchPROs have an efficient onboarding experience and are satisfied with their progress using
the platform
• Assist LunchPROs as they adhere to catering standards
• Aggressively pursue and reach activation goals
• Monitor and report progress as needed
• Communicate across multiple teams within the organization to coordinate a seamless transition from
acquisition to first order to additional locations onboarding
• Collaborate with Marketing & Support teams to develop materials to ensure your success
• Temporality hop into another seat and adapt to that function readily
