The LifeWorks IT team is looking for a Programmer to design and develop case management solutions for our 17 programs providing services to at risk youth and young adults in our community. The Programmer is responsible for programming, configuring, and maintaining reliable operations of the agency’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, working with programs to accurately assess needs and translate them to interface with the CRM, and using coding experience to empower our staff to effectively increase the quality of life of our clients.

DUTIES
• Maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM platform, including user setup and maintenance, role hierarchy, profiles & permissions, security, new entities, fields, processes, workflows and data management.
• Programs D365/CRM solutions to support evolving business processes.
• Participates in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and improvement.
• Implements technical requirements for system enhancements through user feedback and observations.
• Troubleshoots and resolves internal cases logged by end users related to reports, dashboards, views, access/visibility, system errors, feature requests data quality and other general questions related to the system.
• Maintains database including data cleansing and record maintenance.
• Creates and maintains documentation, including procedures and definitions.
• Works with the Business Intelligence Developer to develop training materials and user documentation.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of new features and functionalities in the D365/CRM software.
• Writes reports to funder and program specifications using SQL and native D365/CRM tools.
• Writes custom code for interfaces using JavaScript to support data integrity.
• Writes custom code in C# for D365/CRM plugins to support workflow processes.

Required Experience

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field, and
• Requires 1 years related experience working with a CRM, Dynamics 365, or similar; and
• Requires programming experience with JavaScript, SQL and an Object-Oriented Language; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred 3 years related experience with a CRM, Dynamics 365, or similar software.
• Preferred programming experience with C#
• Preferred experience with relational data modeling.
• Preferred advanced Excel skills.
