Austin Community College District’s Electronics and Advanced Technologies Department is hosting a high technology industry career fair on Saturday, November 18, at the Riverside campus (1020 Grove Blvd.), auditorium room, building G from 10 a.m. to noon.

Companies such as Samsung, Pedernales Electric, National Instruments, Austin Energy, Dell, Applied Materials, ILS, Manpower, Volt, and others will be present to discuss vacant positions and the qualifications and educational requirements for those jobs.

ACC will also discuss degree programs that lead to these types of high tech jobs.
In addition, Capital Idea will be there to discuss options for financial assistance for tuition, books and other support services.

The economy is strong and high technology jobs are in demand. Make sure to take advantage of this opportunity to meet the people from the local business and industry who do the hiring; provide information about what they are looking for; discuss training; and discuss how they can assist you in obtaining a college degree.
