Bring Your Appetite to Bistro 3158

Bistro 3158, the restaurant of the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management program, opened its doors for the spring season on February 28 at 6 p.m.

On selected Thursdays throughout the semester, students of the Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, and Meeting and Event Planning programs provide exceptional cuisine and outstanding service. Menus feature dishes celebrating destinations around the globe.
