The fourth annual Women’s Health, Motivation and Empowerment Conference will be 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 19, at the Eastview Campus. The conference is geared toward women and girls of all ages. It focuses on six categories to encourage women to enhance their personal and professional development: education, health, career development, inspiration/motivation, relationships, and teen issues. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Avis Rupert of North Lake Community College in Irving. The free event includes breakfast and lunch and free daycare will be available. The Mobile Go Center will also be there for college planning.
