Audition and non-audition classes available

Austin Community College wants you to share your voice as a member of the college choir.

Students have an exciting opportunity to shine with the ACC choir by enrolling in auditioned or non-auditioned College Choir classes (MUEN 1143). Non-students are also invited to join through Continuing Education.

The non-auditioned class focuses on vocal technique, music literacy, and concert performance, while the auditioned class serves as ACC’s primary touring vocal ensemble. Each section will perform two concerts over the semester, covering an array of musical styles and genres.

Past ensembles have traveled across the nation to represent ACC in performances and competitions.

Auditions begin Monday, August 18, and last through the first week of classes. Call (512) 922.4825 to schedule an audition appointment.
