One-day Conference Teaches eMarketing Techniques

Experts tackle hot topics for business and education

December 8, 2008 – Austin, TXDo you want Twitter to work for you? Austin Community College is co-hosting separate one-day conferences January 28-29 to help both educators and businesses discover how the changing Internet can build their bottom line.

“In today’s economy, investing your dollars into areas that can have a dramatic impact is crucial,” says Katrina Gadison, account executive with ACC’s Customized Training, coordinators of the conferences. “E-Marketing can benefit almost any organization, being that it is cost efficient, time effective, and has a measurable return on investment.”

The eMarketing Techniques conferences will be held at the Radisson Hotel Austin North, 6000 Middle Fiskville Road. The January 28 conference is tailored for educators, while January 29 is focused toward businesses.

All participants will learn how to reach their goals, whether expanding their business or growing enrollment. Speakers will cover the hottest topics in eMarketing, such as “eMarketing at the Speed of Light,” “TwitterVerse,” “Website Effectiveness,” and “Online PR.”

Cost of either conference is $199 per person for individuals registering by January 7, and $249 for those registering January 8-20.
