The Austin Community College (ACC) educational access channel is now being transmitted as a digital signal for Time Warner Cable customers. ACC programming remains on the Basic Service Tier’s Channel 19 but will require a digital converter box to view the programming.

Time Warner Cable will provide one digital box for Basic or Standard customers (one per household free of charge) to view ACC channel 19.

Customers may pick up a converter at a local Time Warner Cable office or call (512) 485.5555 or (800) 418.8848 to request a digital cable box.

Digital boxes requested by telephone will be mailed to customer homes with easy installation instructions
