The Garage is really coming out of the ground now and the concrete pours should be complete by the end of April for all seven levels.  The construction site is very tight and SpawGlass is doing a wonderful job working within the limits.  Thank you, everyone, for your patience as we continue to build and make progress.

The existing water line under 12th Street does not have the capacity to handle the Parking Garage fire standpipe.  We will be upgrading the line with larger pipes in the near future which will result in additional lane closures.  We anticipate being able to begin this portion of work in a few months.
