ACC’s Student Life Office wants students to unleash their inner Riverbat during the first-ever Riverbat Bash on Thursday, September 1, 4-7 p.m. at The Belmont in Downtown Austin (at 6th Street and Guadalupe).

The Riverbat Bash is free to attend and features an exciting line-up of musical acts: Saints of Valory, Radiostar, and Tje Austin from NBC’s hit show The Voice. Â Students will also be treated to free food, drinks, and a special appearance by the ACC mascot, R.B.

“It’s the beginning of a new year, and we wanted a fun, social event for students to celebrate being an ACC Riverbat,” says Cheryl Richard, ACC’s Student Life director. “We also want them to know that Student Life, faculty, and staff are here to support all aspects of their college experience.”

Two lucky students will also win a $500 Visa gift card and up to $1,000 in books from the ACC bookstore at the event.
