New Online Form Supports Facilities Work Requests

The Austin Community College Building & Grounds Department has created a new, user-friendly online form for maintenance work requests.

To access the form, users must first input their name and a password that will create an account. Once users log in to the form, they simply choose from the drop-down menus the type of work to be performed and location for the service. The person submitting the form can then track the progress of the request through completion.

Employees may still contact their campus manager for emergency requests such as a flood, stuck elevator, broken window, or power outage.

ACC Buildings & Grounds handles the day-to-day operation and condition of more than 50 buildings and more than 156 acres of grounds.
