Pray tell why are you closing Parking Lot A. You steal all the parking spots at all the other compuses. The student’s pay the bills. However why is it the professors don’t have to walk that extra mile.

Why?

The faculty actually has a much higher parking fee than the students do…I’m a student too and am not a fan of walking a mile at RRC to get to class but just thought I’d throw that in there.

They will be doing construction work until the end of the year.

Even the Handicapped spots?
The parking is already distant. Poor planning in the original design for everyone.
How about a reduction in fees for a reduction in product?

Some of us in eastern Williamson county are already charged out of district and paying for gas to get there. OUCH.

Why is everyone whining? Lot A is not for students anyway- it is visitor parking.
RRC is a nice campus and there is worse parking at other campuses.

Students have a very difficult time finding a parking space in the Rio Grande parking garage and I have seen frustrated students fighting over a rare empty space. Not surprisingly, we have to drive past a nearly empty faculty/staff lot on the 3rd level of the garage with about 100 empty spaces. It simply won’t do for the privileged few to suffer while those who pay for their salaries get screwed (again).

well they prolly wouldnt be redoing half the round rock campus if they didnt go with the lowest bidder… its only a few years old and there is major shifts in all the concrete… and heaters that dont work… and last years great expence the solor pannels on the auto shop roof…. how long before those break too…this is acc’s piss poor planning at its finest. i pay 2000 for 2 classes i expect more for what i am paying for
