A message from Information Technology –
At approximately 5:30 p.m. on Saturday 2,435 staff and faculty email accounts were deauthorized. This was due to a corrupted file used in processing user accounts. Those employees affected will see a message that their email password was changed. To be clear, this was not the result of any kind of malicious attack.
If you are one of the employees affected:
- Go to the ACCmail login assistance webpage.
- Input your ACCeID and password.
- Select your account in the dropdown menu.
- Follow the instructions to reset your password.
No email messages have been lost and once employees have reset their accounts access should be fully restored. If you use a mobile device such as an iPhone or Android phone, or if you use Outlook to access your email, you will have to update your password there as well.Back to Top
