Attend Free Student Loan Exit Counseling Workshop, May 1 or 13

If you’re graduating or transferring at the end of spring 2014 and borrowed a student loan along the way, the Financial Aid Office recommends you attend a free Student Loan Exit Counseling workshop, either May 1 or May 13.

Federal law requires all students loan borrowers to complete loan counseling exit sessions when they withdraw, graduate, or cease half time enrollment.

Loan exit counseling provides information in repaying your loans, repayment options, deferment or forbearance, and most importantly helping you know your rights and responsibilities as a student loan borrower.
