Austin Community College is looking for students to fill the green and yellow high-tops of the beloved Riverbat mascot.

Selected applicants will perform as the college’s official mascot at events beginning in the 2015 spring semester. The mascot is a paid position. Those offered a position are eligible to apply for the Riverbat Scholarship.

To be eligible, you must be in good standing at the college and registered for classes in the current semester.

Since making his debut in fall 2010, the Riverbat has represented ACC at college and in the community, including pro sports games with the Texas Stars and Austin Toros, Student Life events, and ACC special events such as Carnival ah!, Dia de la Familia, and the ACC Car Show.
