Experience the sounds of the holiday as the award-winning ACC Choir presents its annual Winter Concert Friday, December 4, at 7:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Austin (8001 Mesa Drive in Austin).

The concert will feature ACC’s choir performing the work of Ariel Ramirez’s “Navidad Nuestra.” Soloists include baritone Brett Barnes and tenor David Lopez. The unique performance also features the accordion works of ACC graduate Jan Flemming and the professional percussion group “Line upon Line Percussion.”

“Having an opportunity to perform alongside accomplished musicians is inspirational for our students,” says Virginia Volpe, ACC music professor and concert director. “Several of these professionals are ACC graduates. Our students see firsthand the potential that lies ahead.”

The event is free and open to the public; tickets are not required.
