Explore the learning journey at inaugural AustinED Summit

Faculty and staff are invited to explore ways to better prepare students for higher education at Austin Community College’s first AustinED Summit Thursday, June 11, at Riverside Campus.

The daylong summit, “Sharing the Learning Journey,” brings together representatives from secondary and postsecondary schools to share best practices for improving student success from middle school through college.

Speakers include Dr. Mark Milliron, co-founder and chief learning officer of Civitas Learning, and Austin ISD Superintendent Dr. Paul Cruz. AP? IB? DC? ECHS? CTE? Analyzing the pros and cons of college credit options for high school students
