ALIGN: Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation

March 26 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Today’s nonprofits succeed by making strategy, innovation, and implementation a fundamental part of their strategy.

With the threat of disruption becoming the new normal, and as the pace of creativity, change, and constant evolving markets continue to increase, nonprofits need to have a focused and effective approach to strategy, innovation, and implementation to get their message heard. Strategy development and delivery doesn’t just happen automatically once it is designed. You invest substantial resources, creative time, and energy in designing the right strategy for our nonprofit. You need to give equal priority and attention to delivering it — before you move on to something else.

In this workshop, you’ll examine the frameworks that market-leading nonprofits use to build strategy, innovation, and implementation into their approach. Through hands-on group exercises and real-world examples, you’ll learn how to drive strategy, innovation, and implementation, and develop winning strategies for your organization. The program emphasizes tangible, practical content which can be immediately deployed in your organization.

What the workshop will entail:

  • Identify strategies and tactics that are immediately actionable and will actually help you ‘move the needle’ in your organization and start seeing immediate movement

  • Choose the right marketing model(s) that’s aligned with the organization, your message and your core beliefs

  • Identify key areas to leverage where your organization can grow into (new opportunities for income generation)

  • Identify ways to reverse engineer how you are building your influence – this impacts the growth of your organization

  • Craft how you can cut through the “noise” so that you stand out with your audience
