Robin Llewellyn is a talent development and talent management professional with a proven track record in the creation and implementation of training programs at all levels.  Over the past two decades Robin has helped leaders develop and grow.  Her experience and studies include leadership development, performance improvement, training delivery, coaching and change management.  With Servant Leadership as a foundational philosophy she creates a safe environment for self-discovery.  Robin has her Certification in Professional Learning and Performance (CPLP) from the Association for Talent Development and a certification in Action Learning from the Worldwide Institute of Action Learning.  In addition, Robin has her undergraduate and graduate degree in theater arts where she perfected the art of presentation and exploratory games and activities.
