The Real Estate Department is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. ACBSP is the premier accrediting association for business schools and programs with a focus on teaching excellence.

 

The Real Estate College Credit program is also accredited by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

 

 

 

 

 

The Austin Community College District is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACS) to award Certificates and Associate Degrees. SACS does not permit ACC to accept transferred real estate courses from non-college credit schools or institutions that are not accredited by SACS.  Courses taken at these non-accredited institutions cannot be used to satisfy courses that are required for Certificates and Associate Degrees.
