Student Ambassadors

Student Ambassadors are student leaders who work in the office of Student Life. They help
to create community at ACC. They engage students by providing them with social, multicultural, recreational, and educational activities on campus.
1. Campus Ambassadors (campus-based) are the students’ guide to being connected and being involved with Student Life at their home campus. They are student leaders designed to help engage their fellow students by building and connecting them on the campus level. They help students learn about Student Life events, involvement and service opportunities, and how to invest in their co-curricular experience at ACC.
2. Riverbat Ambassadors (district-wide) are the face of the students at ACC. They provide peer-to-peer mentorship to Campus Ambassadors and assist incoming students with the ins and outs of Austin Community College, Admissions, Advising, Areas of Study, Student Life, and much more. They assist students across the district and help to bridge the gaps between students, faculty, and staff throughout the departments at ACC.
