Online Exercise Classes- Exercise has been proven to improve your health and reduce the risk of illness. We are offering a modified schedule of virtual exercise classes open to ALL ACC employees via Google Meet. These are live online classes hosted by some of our esteemed exercise instructors. You don’t need to pre-register to attend. Just click on the class you’d like to attend during the scheduled time and join us for some fun and fitness. Feel free to try any of the available classes and even include your family in the fun if you’d like!

Also….Did you know that Mindfulness has not only been proven to help people manage stress, but can also help to improve productivity, reduce blood pressure, improve sleep, decrease anxiety and depression, and improve immune function. There are also several apps you can download with free daily practices.
