{"id":1170,"date":"2021-11-29T14:25:20","date_gmt":"2021-11-29T20:25:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/administrative-rules\/?p=1170"},"modified":"2021-11-29T14:25:22","modified_gmt":"2021-11-29T20:25:22","slug":"delegation-of-authority-campus-representation-of-departments-g-p","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/administrative-rules\/?p=1170","title":{"rendered":"Delegation of Authority &#8211; Campus Representation of Departments (G\/P)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This procedure is provided relating to Section 6. of the Administrative Rule to implement a system of campus-based representation in large departments effective in the Spring Term, 2002.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The following departments are authorized to utilize this procedure:\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha\">\n<li>Developmental Communication<\/li>\n<li>Communications<\/li>\n<li>Math<\/li>\n<li>History<\/li>\n<li>Government<\/li>\n<li>Computer Studies<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>The departments authorized to utilize this procedure shall be reviewed annually by the appropriate Vice President.<\/li>\n<li>The compensation for the position of Campus Representative shall be established by the President and may vary by department.<\/li>\n<li>The plan of rotation, established by campus, shall provide an opportunity for every department member in the designated department, beginning with Full-time faculty to serve for a one-year term in the capacity of Campus Representative for a particular campus.
