  1. Oversight and Responsibility
    <\/strong>Implementation of the Administrative Rule and this Guideline\/Procedure is overseen by the following offices:\n
      \n
    • Office of the Chancellor<\/li>\n
    • Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration<\/li>\n
    • Office of Equal Opportunity Compliance (EOC)<\/li>\n
    • Office of Community and Government Affairs<\/li>\n
    • College Legal Counsel<\/li>\n
    • Office of Human Resources\u00a0(HR)<\/li>\n
    • Office of Campus Planning, Construction & Sustainability
      These offices will coordinate communication, training, and compliance monitoring and ensure that facility designations and access meet state and federal requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Prohibited Conduct<\/strong>\n
        \n
      1. Entering a multiple-occupancy restroom, locker room, or changing facility designated for a biological sex other than one\u2019s own unless an exception as set out in the Administrative Rule applies.<\/li>\n
      2. Harassing or intimidating any individual regarding perceived violations of this Administrative Rule.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. Reporting Violations
        <\/strong>Reports of violations or concerns may be submitted through the Student Conduct process for students or EOC or HR for employees and campus visitors.<\/li>\n
      4. Enforcement
        <\/strong>Violations will be addressed in accordance with existing Administrative Rules, the Student Code of Conduct, or Employee policies. <\/li>\n
      5. Protection from Retaliation
        <\/strong>No individual shall face retaliation for submitting a report in good faith or requesting clarification or accommodation under this rule.<\/li>\n
      6. Safety, Privacy, and Education<\/strong>\n
          \n
        1. The College affirms that all individuals have the right to privacy and safety while using ACC facilities.<\/li>\n
        2. As appropriate, ACC shall provide education and awareness training to employees and students regarding this Administrative Rule and applicable laws.<\/li>\n
        3. Training shall be coordinated by HR and EOC and include information from the Office of Community and Government Affairs on legislative updates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        4. Definitions<\/strong>\n
            \n
          1. Multiple-Occupancy Private Space:
            <\/strong>A facility designed for use by more than one person at a time where individuals may be in a state of undress, including restrooms, locker rooms, and changing areas.<\/li>\n
          2. Single occupancy private space:
            <\/strong>A facility designed or designated for use by only one individual at a time and in which the individual may be in the state of undress. For example, a single toilet restroom that has walls that extend from floor to ceiling and a locking door, and that is designed or designated as unisex;<\/li>\n
          3. Visitor:
            <\/strong>Any person present on ACC property who is not an enrolled student or employee.<\/li>\n
          4. Violation:
