Please review the steps below carefully and follow the instructions that apply to your situation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Dropped for a Reason <em data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"564\">Other Than<\/em> Non-Payment:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If you were dropped for a reason such as an attendance error or an accidental drop, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Email your instructor as soon as possible. You may also cc <a href=\"mailto:biology@austincc.edu\">biology@austincc.edu<\/a> to loop in the Biology Admin Office.<\/li>\n<li>In your email, include the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Your full name<\/li>\n<li>Your ACCeID<\/li>\n<li>The course number, section, and synonym<\/li>\n<li>A clear explanation of why you\u2019re requesting reinstatement, such as:\n<ul>\n<li>You accidentally dropped yourself from the course<\/li>\n<li>You were marked as &#8220;never attended&#8221; in error<\/li>\n<li>You contacted the instructor and are requesting to be added back<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5><strong>Please Note: <\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Reinstatement is <strong data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1865\">not guaranteed<\/strong> and is at the discretion of the instructor.<\/li>\n<li>If reinstated, it may take up to <strong data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2071\">24 hours for Blackboard access<\/strong> to update.<\/li>\n<li>Be sure to follow up with your instructor to catch up on any missed work or assignments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Dropped for Non-Payment:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If you were dropped due to non-payment, the reinstatement process is different.
