This is a celebratory gala, so feel free to dress up! Cocktail or formal attire are encouraged. If you don’t already have that sort of attire, you’re still welcome no matter how you’re dressed! One of the great things about Austin is that a person’s presence at an event is much more important than what is worn. Some people will be wearing their THRIVE shirts and that is fine too! (In fact, we’ll have THRIVE shirts available at the gala.)

Passed appetizers
Fresh Tomato Bruschetta with Baguette (*bread is GF)
Goat Cheese and Arugula Tarts (*contains dairy, gluten, and wheat)

Food Stations
Station 1 –
Build Your Own Salad: fresh greens served with cucumber, grape tomato, purple onion, carrots, housemade croutons, dried cranberries, pecans, bacon crumbles, bleu cheese, and shredded cheddar. Served with tangy balsamic vinaigrette, raspberry vinaigrette, and creamy herb dressing. (*creamy herb dressing contains dairy; croutons contain gluten and wheat)

Station 2 –
Gourmet Mac n’ Cheese Bar: Your choice of sharp cheddar or herbed goat cheese mac, with add on toppings: green onion, caramelized onion, bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, green chilies, and toasted garlic bread crumbs
(*cheeses contain dairy; bread crumbs contain gluten and wheat)

Station 3 –
Beef Tenderloin Carving Station: A chef carves your meat on the spot. Served with truffle mustard sauce, horseradish cream sauce, and chimichurri (*mustard sauce and horseradish cream contain dairy). Includes sauteed vegetable medley, from-scratch brioche buns (*contain wheat and gluten), and from-scratch rolls (*gluten free).

Dessert Bar:
French Macarons (*contains dairy, egg, and tree nuts)
Mini Chocolate Mousse Parfaits with Caramel and Sea Salt (*contains dairy)
Mini Strawberry Shortcake Trifle (*contains dairy, gluten, and wheat)

Beverages:
Water
Tea
Coffee

We will have a FREE shuttle for anyone that will be traveling from our Rio Grande Parking Garage right to the venue from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. The shuttle is ADA accessible with a wheelchair lift. There are FEE-BASED parking lots and street parking spaces within walking distance of the venue. Guests are responsible for paying parking fees. If you already reserved an onsite reserved accessible parking spot at the venue, you should have received a confirmation email.

The event will start with a brief reception while guests are signing and settling in. Dinner will be served and there will be guest speakers and a program honoring the THRIVE! recipients. Dancing, networking, and photos to follow.

Seating is limited! If you were not expressly invited to bring a guest, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
