ACC Information Technology recently updated how students access Office 365 services, including A3 desktop-level applications for personal devices.<\/p>\n
Student Office 365 accounts are now automatically provisioned through ACC Okta Single Sign-On (SSO). As long as students are actively enrolled, they no longer need to create or request Office 365 accounts manually. This is a significant improvement that should simplify access moving forward.<\/p>\n
Please note that this process does not apply to faculty or staff. Most faculty already have the required Microsoft software through the full Office 2021 LTSC Suite installed on ACC-owned devices.<\/p>\n
Because of this update, older department-specific Office 365 setup instructions may no longer be accurate. Our department does not manage Office 365 accounts directly, and since this change applies institution-wide, students and faculty should instead reference ACC IT\u2019s official documentation for the most current instructions.<\/p>\n
