These rules are put in place to keep you and your fellow Culinary and Pastry student safe.

Now watch this video presented by Full-Time Faculty, Chef Ellen Sternau.

Complete the Code of Conduct Acknowledgement form.
If this form is not submitted before the start of the semester, you may not be able to participate in labs.

Due to our current safety concerns, we have had to move the majority of our curriculum online.
This means more communicating via email and BlackBoard. Therefore, we feel that it is important for
all students know of the departments expectations on electronic communications between faculty, staff, and fellow students.

Now watch this video presented by Full-Time Faculty, Chef Bryant Currie.

Complete the Netiquette Acknowledgement form.
If this form is not submitted before the start of the semester, you may not be able to participate in labs.

Lab Etiquette

**Note: The lab space may have changed, but the rules are the same.

As part of our program, you will gain culinary and pastry skills by participating in hands-on labs.
In addition to the Code of Conduct, we would like to set expectations for your time in the lab space.

Below you will hear from Professor and Coordinator of Culinary Arts Procurement, Craig Sowell
and Senior Lab Assistant, Carl Brown, as they explain lab etiquette and give you a tour of our former space as reference for our current lab space until a video becomes available.
