Significant progress was made in the development of Digital Navigator qualifications, which were approved according to SACSCOC parameters, which brought us one step closer to implementing the Digital Navigator hiring process. Additionally, all Fundamentals of Computer Skills for Job Readiness micro-credentials have been developed and are currently being uploaded into the LMS. A pilot for the first opt-in version of the Web Builder micro-credential was offered.<\/p><p>A timeline was developed to educate and market the program to internal stakeholders and meetings are currently underway.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3144085e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"3144085e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14503901 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"14503901\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Highlights<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-35e918c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"35e918c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Outreach<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Collaborated with the Implementation Committee and Outreach Subcommittee to strategize and build a <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1rsFDQDylDMWLvp-noWyE-DNSK68kqERqF4lb-wB2BHM\/edit?usp=sharing\">timeline for outreach<\/a> to present Information Sessions to Deans, Department Chairs, Advisors, Librarians, Counselors, etc.<\/li><li>Continuing to build the <a href=\"http:\/\/austincc.edu\/digitalfluency\">website,<\/a> including the development of a Student Support page, a micro-survey, a call-to-action animated slider, and further refinement of the front page and the micro-credential pages<\/li><li>Attended Leadership Workshop hosted by Apple.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Micro-C<\/b><b>redentials<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Ongoing \u2013 D2L BSL training: Intelligent Agents<\/li><li>Customized rubrics on Web Builder micro-credential to address the unique technical requirements of each project assignment.<\/li><li>Completed curriculum development for Intro to Computers and Internet Search, Word Processing, Presentation Software, Spreadsheets, and Data Management.<\/li><li>Ongoing \u2013 Uploading Fundamentals of Computer Skills for Job Readiness micro-credentials curriculum into D2L Brightspace course shells.<\/li><li>Launched the first opt-in Web Builder micro-credential. Four students successfully completed the micro-credential.<\/li><li>Started two co-curricular Web Builder micro-credentials sessions in the ITSE 1301 Web Design Tools course.<\/li><li>Conducted training for Digital Navigators on newly released rubrics.<\/li><li>Wrote and built Digital Navigator qualifications table combined with 16 one-pagers. Qualifications were approved by Misty Rasmussen according to SACSCOC parameters.<\/li><li>Ongoing \u2013 collaborating with TLED for the first pilot of Micro-credentials and Digital Badging through the platform, Suitable.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Data<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Collaborated with OIRA, Implementation Committee, and Data SubCommittee to design a<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1BUomm71Ad9AF5UNUeMd9ibiLFnVy3ZD4\/view?usp=sharing\"> plan for Data<\/a> to include: Baseline Data, Milestones, Student Learning Outcomes, and Core Performance Indicators.
