I\u2019ll be in touch with more in tomorrow\u2019s Senate Standard, but have TWO important action items I wanted to alert you to today.<\/p>\n

Senate Election [deadline – 4\/20\/20 TODAY @9pm]<\/h2>\n

Today is the LAST DAY to vote in our Senate General Election. You can find your ballot by doing a search for \u201cPASSWORD – Faculty Senate Election\u201d in your email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don\u2019t find it in your inbox. You can find more details about the election in the last Senate Standard (#29). You can find that in your inbox or online at the\u00a0Senate webpage<\/a>. If there are any issues, please email\u00a0mpatters@austincc.edu<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0dhaney@austincc.edu<\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Campus Access \u2013 Last Week of Open Access! [deadline – Friday, 4\/24\/20]<\/h2>\n

This week is the last week for all employees to access their offices without needing approval from a VP or AVP.<\/em>\u00a0After meeting with Senate leaders, Dr. Rhodes approved this extension to give all employees one week to get essentials out of our offices before the new, stricter access policy will begin. You can find details in the email \u201c[ACC Employees] ACC Campus Hours of Operation Update\u201d.<\/p>\n

If there is anything you need in your office, this is the week to go get it. Please ensure that you observe social distancing and face covering rules to keep yourself and our entire ACC family safe. If you have issues preventing you from getting necessities from your office this week, please email me and I will see if there are ways I can help facilitate your needs.<\/p>\n

Thanks for your patience with multiple emails from me each week during this time. Things are rapidly changing, and I want to ensure you all have the most up-to-date information possible.<\/p>\n
