Our office will guide you through the Complio process, send instructions and deadlines, review Compliance-owned submissions, and help you resolve missing or incomplete items.<\/p>\n<p>For help with <strong>Complio <\/strong>and <strong>Compliance Office requirements<\/strong>, contact <a href=\"mailto:hscompliance@austincc.edu\">hscompliance@austincc.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you have <strong>Nursing-specific requirements and program questions<\/strong>, email your Nursing Cohort Administrator.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5rem&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Step 1: Immunizations<\/h2>\n<p>Upload your ACC Immunizations Form to the Immunizations package in Complio, following the Compliance Office\u2019s instructions. This is the former Pre-Admissions Immunizations package; only the name has changed.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5rem&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2: Clinical Health Compliance<\/h2>\n<p>When you receive your email, follow the Compliance Office\u2019s instructions for the Health Data Form, TB testing, and influenza and COVID vaccination documentation where applicable.<\/p>\n<p>Submit the required documents through Complio as directed.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5rem&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3: Background Check<\/h2>\n<p>When instructed by the Compliance Office, purchase and complete the ACC criminal background check through Complio. This is a separate component from drug screening.<\/p>\n<p>A completed background-check status in Complio does not by itself confirm ACC clearance. The Compliance Office reviews clearance and provides verified status to the program. Existing Texas Board of Nursing requirements and Nursing registration instructions remain in effect.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5rem&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Step 4: Drug Screening<\/h2>\n<p>When you receive instructions from the Compliance Office, purchase the drug-screening bundle, which includes the tracking package and drug-testing service. Complete specimen collection only within the authorized screening window. Wait for our instructions before scheduling or completing your drug screen.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5rem&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Step 5: Safety Certification<\/h2>\n<p>Follow the Compliance Office\u2019s instructions for Safety Certification. The instructions will identify required items, acceptable documentation, submission location, and deadline. Students whose background checks are verified after the weekly list has been submitted will generally be included in the following week&#8217;s clearance list.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Registration Approval:<\/strong> Once your clearance has been verified and communicated to your Cohort Administrator, the administrator will submit a petition authorizing you to register.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Registration Notification: <\/strong>After your registration petition has been processed, you will receive an email through your ACC Gmail account with instructions on how to register.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Important Reminder:<br \/>\n<\/strong>A \u201cComplete\u201d status in Complio does not constitute official background check clearance or authorization to register.
