As the Regional Director of Nursing Professional Development & Practice at Baylor Scott & White in Central Texas, she spearheads vital programs that shape the future of nursing within the region.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Leadership: Chairs the System Nursing Professional Development Leadership Council,
\nharmonizing clinical training and professional development across the health system.
\n\u2022 Strategic Initiatives: Successfully integrated practices for newly acquired hospitals and
\nled staff training for new hospital builds.
\n\u2022 Professional Recognition: Achieved ANCC PTAP designation for the Nurse Residency
\nProgram in 2019 and contributed to Pathway to Excellence designations.
\n\u2022 Program Development: Created the Student Nurse Externship and RN Fellowship
