If so, you will simply apply to the BON via the online portal, you may also be instructed to upload a copy of the clearance letter<\/strong> that you have already received from the BON. If you need a copy of this letter, check your Phase 2 tracker in Castlebranch.<\/p>\n If, however, you have had a recent incident that has caused you to answer “yes” to any of the eligibility questions, you will need to contact the BON directly.\u00a0 They will instruct you on how to proceed further and inform you of any additional fees required.<\/p>\n Enforcement Department for reviews may take a minimum of four months.
