Non-Health Sciences faculty and staff should follow the steps <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/hipaa\/training-module\/non-health-science-hipaa\/\">on this page<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Step 1<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1BktFBpk_HcmhJfh8k5rPsFDYET0zG-SfOF7tyiezR-U\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">View and study the HIPAA Presentation<\/a>. It will be the basis for the Post-Test in Step 2.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2<\/h2>\n<p>Complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/hipaa\/training-module\/health-science-hipaa\/test\/\">HIPAA Post-Test<\/a> and print the confirmation email.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3<\/h2>\n<p>Download, print and sign the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1WYWEB4aFGkWYrD_VARUBkryye9x3PBWn\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HIPAA Confidentiality and Security Agreement Form<\/a> (3 pages, PDF).<\/p>\n<h2>Step 4<\/h2>\n<p><strong>For Health Sciences Students:<\/strong> Scan all 4 pages into 1 document and upload to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.castlebranch.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CastleBranch<\/a> using the order code provided by your program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For Health Sciences Faculty and Staff:<\/strong> Return forms to your department, as instructed.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Human Services students do not need to complete step 4<\/em>.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This checklist is for Health Sciences students, faculty and staff only.
