Austin Community College (ACC) District students interested in getting a jump on a bachelor’s degree have a new, free, online option beginning this summer. The University of Houston-Victoria (UHV) is offering scholarships for one online course to 100 qualified ACC students in each of the summer and fall semesters. Under the “Try UHV” Scholarship programs, ACC students who have earned at least 30 credit hours and are new to UHV may apply for the scholarship, which requires no application fee and covers full tuition and fees for one online course. The scholarships will be dispensed on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible students. More information about the scholarships and eligibility requirements is available at .
