Students who have declared a Health Sciences program as their major, have not completed the required immunizations to submit an application to enter into a Health Science program, and who need assistance in receiving these immunizations should visit the Health Science Admissions Office at Eastview Campus Room 8356 or call 223.5700. All required immunizations are to be complete at the time of submitting your application.
