ACC faculty members Lyman Grant and W. Joe Hoppe will help launch Dalton Publishing’s author reading series, The Dalton Gang Readings.
Dalton plans to bring its authors to the public through a reading series guaranteed to entertain. Each will be distinctively different, offering creative alternatives to present-day formats.
The first of these readings, The Dalton Gang Poetry Showdown, will take place at 6 p.m. February 7 at Austin’s newest bookstore, Intellectual Property, at 2402 Guadalupe. Refreshments will be served at 5:30. Parking will be validated at the UT parking garage on 23rd and San Antonio.
Other poets featured at the reading are Ric Williams, “Litera” editor at the Austin Chronicle, and digital artist and novelist Robert Stikmanz.
Books written by the authors will be for sale at the event. For more information, visit
