Members of the student-run newspaper earned 16 awards for journalistic excellence March 22-24 at the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association Conference in San Antonio. Attendees also competed in live journalism competitions against collegiate journalists from across the state. reporter Robert Beckhusen won third place in print newswriting in the live competition.
